Tóm tắt: Chín hợp chất: squalen (1);  hexacosan (2); acid octadecanoic (3); phytol (4); hỗn hợp b-sitosterol và stigmasterol (5); 3b-O–D–glucopyranosylstigmasterol (6); 3b-O-D-glucopyranosyl-b– sitosterol (7); (1Z,3Z,5Z)-dodeca-1,3,5-trienyl octadecanoat (8) và (2S,3S,4R,2’R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino-1,3,4-hexadecanetriol (9) lần đầu tiên được cô lập từ cây Chùy hoa tổng bao Strobilanthes involucrata Bl., Họ Ô rô (Acanthaceae).

 

Abstract: Nine compounds: squalene (1);  hexacosane (2); octadecanoic acid  (3); phytol (4); a mixture of b -sitosterol and stigmasterol (5); 3-O-D-glucopyranosylstigmasterol (6); 3-O-D-glucopyranosyl-- sitosterol (7); (1Z,3Z,5Z)-dodeca-1,3,5-trienyl octadecanoate (8) and (2S,3S,4R,2’R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino-1,3,4-hexadecanetriol (9) were for the first time isolated from Strobilanthes involucrata Bl., (Acanthaceae). Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means.
